Augusta

During one of his many visits to Augusta, Michael joined Col. Leo Peacock of Augusta in addressing a group of Veterans.  As he spoke, Michael was flanked by (l-r) Reverend Bob Oliver of Augusta, Elmer Singley of Augusta, and Col. Peacock.

At a press conference in Augusta, Michael joined veterans’ groups to oppose the attempts of Paul Coverdell and the U.S. Congress to cut veterans’ medical benefits.

In mid-August, Michael met with a veterans’ group in August, taped the Young Report, and addressed the Richmond County Democratic Breakfast.

Michael has also visited the Richmond Count Senior Center, met with The Pinnacle Club and the Augusta Kiwanis Club, and talked with the Augusta Focus.
